When your boss assigns you to arrange the time of a meeting, you have to consider these things.
1.Explaining the purposes
2.Offering dates and time when everyone can attend this interior meeting.
3.Appreciating customers or other people who pay attention to your requests.
If possible, you will face how to manage change of time arrangement. Because of this reason, you need to mention original time arrangement of this meeting and confirm new time arrangement. Otherwise, you will probably be a layoff.
On the other hand, if you want to cancel the time arrangement of this meeting, you will reiterate original time arrangement of this meeting and give a simple reason and an apology to the person you will meet. Moreover, if you miss this important meeting, you have to give a sincere letter to your supervisors.
reiterate v.重複說明 (chóngfù shuōmíng)
sincere a.真誠的 (Hanyu pinyin: zhēnchéng de)
